1. Facebook und Instagram: automatische Löschung über Meta
- Öffnen Sie die Einstellungen Ihres Facebook- oder Instagram-Kontos und wählen Sie den Bereich „Apps und Websites“.
- Wählen Sie ContentDeck aus und entfernen Sie die App.
- Meta benachrichtigt ContentDeck automatisch.
2. Konten direkt in ContentDeck trennen
- Zwischengespeicherte Analysedaten
- Nutzungshistorie
English
You can request the deletion of the personal data that ContentDeck has stored about you at any time. Depending on which data is concerned, the following options are available.
1. Facebook and Instagram: automatic deletion via Meta
- Open the settings of your Facebook or Instagram account and go to "Apps and Websites".
- Select ContentDeck and remove the app.
- Meta automatically notifies ContentDeck. ContentDeck then deletes the stored Meta connections and access tokens of your account; planned posts for your Meta accounts are no longer published.
- You receive a confirmation code and a link to a status page where you can check the progress of the deletion.
2. Disconnect accounts directly in ContentDeck
You can disconnect connected social media accounts under Einstellungen → Social Media Integrationen (Settings → Social Media Integrations) and connected cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io) under Einstellungen → Cloud-Integrationen (Settings → Cloud Integrations). ContentDeck deletes the stored access tokens immediately and, where the platform supports it (Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), also revokes access at the platform. Planned posts for a disconnected account are not published.
3. Revoke access directly at Google/YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn
- Google (YouTube, Google Drive): Remove ContentDeck in your Google Account's security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. ContentDeck deletes the stored YouTube API data at the latest within 7 days after the revocation becomes known to us.
- TikTok: Remove ContentDeck from the list of connected apps in the app settings of your TikTok account.
- LinkedIn: Remove ContentDeck from the list of connected apps and services in your LinkedIn account settings.
4. Request deletion by email
- Send an email to info@contentdeck.io with the subject "Data deletion".
- Include the email address associated with your ContentDeck account.
- We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your data is deleted completely, we remove:
- Your user account and all profile data
- Connected social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and cloud accounts (Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io), including access tokens
- Uploaded and imported media files
- Records of planned and published posts (e.g. status, link to the post)
- Cached analytics data
- Usage history
- Support and contact requests
This includes all data we have received via Google APIs (YouTube, Google Drive).
Note: Posts that have already been published on the platforms are not removed from the respective platform; you can delete them directly on the platform. Certain data (e.g. billing records) may not be deleted immediately due to legal retention obligations.
